I'm interested to follow your journey. I imagine you have had to make a lot of changes. What kind of lifestyle changes have you had no choice on vs lifestyle changes you willingly made?

That’s a really good question. I guess many of the changes have been incremental and gradual over time so I don’t notice them straight away. Rather, I look back and realise that things have changed. And then there are different types of change, practical, behavioral and mindset. The latter is probably the most important one. Change your mindset and you change your entire lifestyle. My mindset is one of non acceptance...I don’t accept that my health defines or controls me. And that is how I do everything else.
